Thanksgiving comes once a year.
November is known for the month of being thankful.
Many people (including myself) participate in the Thankful 30...
but truly- November shouldn't be the only month we are thankful.
In our household- we are thankful all the time.
Thankful for a roof over our heads that has turned into a home.
Thankful for six little feet that make noise as they run and destroy our home.
Thankful for a loving and supportive husband.
Thankful for Gunner, even though we don't spend as much time with her as we would like.
Thankful for our friends that have turned into family.
Thankful for our family.
We have a lot to be thankful for.
John and I usually host Thanksgiving at our house.
And now, its even more perfect with those six little feet running around.
It can get chaotic in a spilt second while we are chasing around three little toddlers in a non-baby proof house...
This year- Thanksgiving was a fun holiday with our family.
We are Thankful that Popsi and Granny came over early to watch the boys,
while John and I prepped and cooked everything.
Granny enjoyed showing the boys their new lights for their own Christmas tree.
Th boys loved that it played music.
Logan contested when Granny unplugged the lights...he didn't want them to end.

Who doesn't like Thanksgiving dinner?
Or at our house...Thanksgiving lunch?
The boys didn't object to the new foods and textures.
My favorite is a recipe I got from my friend Loraine for sweet potato casserole.
So delicious!

I just love the faces the boys make when they are
stuffing their face with yummy foods.
Watch out Santa...you have some competition.
Spending time with family is precious.
I remember always looking forward to playing with my cousin Kristin as holidays rolled around.
I just couldn't get there fast enough.
I can see the future happening with these boys and their cousins as well.
They love being with one another.
Karen bought them a bounce house with a ball pit.
It fits nicely in our front room, so on rainy days
the boys can still get out their energy!
It was perfect.
Everyone had a blast!
| This picture is proof that the boys are getting hair finally!!! |

Holidays are getting better as the boys keep getting bigger...
Their expressions are priceless.

It brought back so many memories from a year ago...
Babies growing into toddlers...
This was the first holiday that John and I didn't get a family picture
and I'm sure it won't be the last one...
but I sure need to remember from now on.
We hope your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving like we did.
