October has come and gone...
but memories remain for all of us.
This blog will take you on a trip to our yearly pumpkin patch visit.
This year it was really hot.
October is supposed to be fall,
but the weather didn't get that memo.
This year, we went to Dutch Hallow Farms.
It's the perfect mix of animals, hay rides, pumpkins and activities.
Plus it is close by our house.

A year later... I love re-creating pictures of certain shots each year... it put life into perspective of how fast and much babies grow

The boys and their cousins had a blast exploring pumpkins.
Trying to find the perfect pumpkin is hard when there are so many to choose from...
Do you know how hard it is to take a nice picture of three 2 year olds?
Well it's just as hard to take one with five kids too! But I have to say this one turned out pretty cute!
looking at the animals
hayride...
and jumping.
I think the bulk of our time was spent here...
I love this one of carefree Dani. It reminds me of my childhood with flowing "spinning" dresses (as I would call them)
They love their cousins!
After the pumpkin patch,
we all headed back over to grandpa and grandma's house to carve some pumpkins!
"Look Mom!" -Austin
Let the carving begin...
Wait...you want me to put my hand in there? Really?
Ok...it's not too bad.

My little pumpkin..
Little hands Carving pumpkins create big appetites.
love this gal...
Another successful pumpkin carving day with cousins!
Next year- the boys will do it all themselves...
(well let's hope)
