Thankful

November is a month that all of us celebrate Thanksgiving. 

We celebrate what we are most thankful for.

But in reality...

we should remember to be thankful every day.

What did we do before that was around?

I tried out some new recipes this year and they were a hit! 

Turkey cinnamon rolls... 

The funny thing is the boys didn't each much of the cinnamon roll, instead they asked for oranges.

 And...we got some Texas roadhouse rolls...

I left the last batch in the oven just a tad bit too long...

(thank goodness dinner was already over)

But usually people take a picture with their turkeys..

we took one with our well done rolls.

I love how our families are able to come together and spend the day.

Our boys had a great thanksgiving enjoying grandparents, cousins and of course pie...

Aiden's thankful that he is finally tall enough to reach the appetizer table! haha!

Austin's thankful for roll because that's all he ate!

 

 And of course...turkey coma comes...but it usually comes after the turkey...

this year it was before for some reason...

Logan is named after my grandparents last name...

And of course some playtime...

I had a great idea to make feather turkeys...

better luck next year...they are just a little too young this time around.

So it turning into my cousin Kristin and I making them for the boys...

I wish I got more pictures, 

but I was busy cooking, cleaning and chatting with family

and half the time I forgot to take pictures...

but now I wish I had more!
