August 4, 2012 was the day that changed John's and mine life.
It was the first time that we have fallen hard for three little "old" men.
It was the first time we would learn how to adjust to our "new" life.
It was the first time we went from being a family of 2 to a family of 5.
August 4, 2012 was the day that all three boys took their first breathe of air.
9:20, 9:20 and 9:21am...
Fast Forward a year
(well..a couple extra days due to a busy week)
and we have three spunky, happy, loving little boys.
This past year has been filled with laughter, tears, prayers, joy, and pride...
but the biggest was
love.
This past month all three of you have become so independent.
You still love to venture away but tend to crawl back and make sure its okay to explore.
You love being with one another and often search the room looking for each other.
You love dancing.
Your really good at standing independently.
All three of you have taken one step, but your just a little too nervous for more.
You. Love. Any. Type. Of. Food.
You hate being constrained...(car seats, strollers, diaper changes)
You love your freedom!
Aiden-
You were my fighter...but now your the leader!
You have become so independent out of the three but love to cuddle after you wake up.
Your always digging in the diaper bag for whatever your heart desires.
You are full of energy and really stubborn.
When you want something...you really want it.
If you don't get it a tantrum occurs until you get side tracked.
You choke the most out of the three because your hand has become a steam shovel and you just keep piling food into your mouth.
We have learned to pace you.
Your lazy using your pincer grasp and
figured out you can get more food by scooping it with your whole hand.
You have taken a step but fell pretty hard and haven't tried it since, but you love to cruise around.
You finally have out weighted Austin by 1 oz.
You weigh 19 lbs 10 oz.
You are 2' 2.75''
Austin
Your still mama's boy.
Your smile brings sunshine to any room.
You love watching and laughing at your brothers while they get into mischief.
You carry toys around the house in your mouth like a puppy.
You enjoy life to the fullest and don't mind meeting new people.
You love pushing boxes all over the house.
Patty Cake is your favorite game.
Your always wanting to walk or stand.
You love water.
Your pincer grasp is terrific.
Your 19 pounds 9 oz.

Logan
You started having a shy side this month.
When you meet someone new, you snub them.
You love your brothers chasing you around the island.
Your always banging toys together.
When you crawl around you often have a toy in one hand and bang it on the ground as you go.
You just love noise and can't stand the house quiet.
You get really mad when you can't steal a toy from your brothers.
You have a wide smile every time I sing to you.
You love medicine.
You get excited every time you saw the bottle when you had your ear infection.
Your ticklish on the bottom of your feet and let out a big belly laugh.
You still try and figure things out!
Your a slow eater and takes your time to eat piece by piece.
Your 18 pounds 8 oz.
It's been a year.
We survived a year of having triplets.
You survived a year of having first time mom and dads.
This past year has been amazing watching you reach milestones against all odds.
Your three are little miracles that are loved by all.
Happy First Birthday Boys.
We hope you enjoyed eating the cake as much as we loved watching you!
| And the truth is reveled on how I keep my three still for pictures...Cheerios! |
